+## Ingredients

+- [ ] brown sugar 100g 1/2 cups
+- [ ] cinnamon 5g (2 teaspoons)
+- [ ] melted butter 2 tablespoons
+- [ ] nutmeg to taste
+- [ ] all spice to taste
+## Tools
+- mixing bowl
+- pan (optional)
+- stove top (optional)
+## Steps
+- whisk together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a mixing bowl
+- sift mixture into a second bowl 
+- mix in butter
+- cook on stove top for a few minutes before eating [^1]
