+- [ ] all purpose flour 40g (1/4 cup)
+- [ ] chicken/vegetable broth 300g (1.3 cups)
+- [ ] water 3/4 cup
+- [ ] sour cream 230g (8oz)
+- [ ] green chili peppers 
+## Tools
+- sauce pan
+- cutting board
+## Steps
+- dice green chilies
+- melt butter over low heat
+- slowly add flour, stirring until smooth
+- slowly add water and broth
+- stir mixture over medium heat until thick and bubbly
+- remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chilies
