+# Makes 1 loaf
+## Ingredients
+- [ ] shortening 1/2 cups
+- [ ] granulated sugar 1 cup
+- [ ] just egg 6 table spoons [^2]
+- [ ] bananas 3 small or 2 large
+- [ ] unsweetened soy milk 1 1/2 table spoon
+- [ ] critic acid/lemon juice/lime juice barely a dash [^3]
+- [ ] flour 2 cups
+- [ ] baking soda 1 teaspoon
+- [ ] salt 1/4 teaspoon
+- [ ] chocolate chips ??? [^1]
+- [ ] shortening to grease baking dish
+## Tools
+- mixing bowl
+- beater
+- glass bread baking dish
+- oven
+## Steps
+- let bananas sit on counter till almost black
+- freeze bananas and then then thaw overnight
+- preheat oven to 350°f
+- add shortening, sugar, just egg, bananas, soy milk and acid bowl and mix until banana chunks won't break down anymore
+- grease baking dish
+- mix in remaining ingredients to mixing bowl until incorporated don't over mix
+- bake in oven for 45-50 minutes
