+## Ingredients
+- [ ] unsalted butter 80g (6 tablespoons)
+- [ ] all purpose flour 80g (1/3 cups)
+- [ ] milk 860g (800mL (3 1/3 cups))
+- [ ] salt to taste
+- [ ] nutmeg to taste
+## Tools
+- stove top
+- pot
+- whisk
+- wooden spoon
+## Steps
+- melt butter in pot
+- mix in flour till paste
+- slowly whisk in milk adding more milk once added mass is creamy
+- should coat back off spoon when cooked enough
+## Storage
+- cover with parchment paper or saran wrap when storing to prevent drying out
+- can be stored in fridge for 3 days
+- can be stored in freezer for 1 month, thaw overnight in fridge before using
